We found a HAIR in our fries, complained to the company and their response was "It is our hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with both fantastic service and great food in the future." No we'll refund, no here's a credit, not even a discount coupon, just come back and pay full price again and hopefully we do better next time. WHAT!?
