I went to this place and it’s just bad, awful experience
I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. The burger was sloppy and looked like it was thrown together as fast as possible. I could’ve understood if the restaurant was busy, but I was the only customer there while around five employees were working. The fries also seemed reheated instead of fresh, which was honestly the most disappointing part. Do something about this person mentioned - that's why the review is detailed. Thanks. Based on my visit on Sunday March 8 between 2-3 pm - I frequent this location several times a quarter - This is the only time there has ever been an issue - but the problem was so egregious that it needs to be raised. Well, color me impressed. Both five guys the company, as well as the local manager reached out and addressed our concerns. I have a lot of respect for a company that will take accountability as well as act when a customer has a disappointing experience. Kudos on everyone.
