I was running late for an appointment at Mayo Clinic today, so I didn’t have time to get lunch. Since I was going to be in the Infusion Clinic for several hours, I decided to order delivery from Five Guys through the Uber Eats app. I provided good directions and the driver communicated with me so the delivery was fine. I ordered the bacon burger with mushrooms...I got a bacon burger with onions. Understandable if busy and long line, I get it, things happen. I was the only one in line and the only person in the restaurant. Got home and after finishing my onion burger w/bacon, I was drinking my beverage and a black spout on the soda machine must have broke off into my cup while dispensing since it was with the remaining ice in my cup. Now I understand why I was the only person in their.
staff was friendly, just make sure you inspect your order thoroughly before leaving with your pick up order. paying $60+ for half of what you ordered isn’t always so fun. ordered large cajun fries and got regular, two of the burgers in my order were missing jalapeños, lettuce, mushrooms, and tomatoes.
