I had an amazing experience at Five Guys thanks to the incredible manager and associates. Mason truly leads by example he was attentive, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly while still being warm and welcoming. Mason L and the rest of the team went above and beyond with their service, making sure my order was perfect and that I felt genuinely appreciated as a customer. Refused to serve me hamburger patties without ordering a sandwich. First the cashier said they can't ring that up in the system. When I pushed back the story changed to they changed their policy beginning of this year. How a hamburger place won't sell hamburger patties is beyond me. Plus the dude had a horrible attitude. 0 stars if possible
