Terrible customer service. The employees just stand around talking to each other, completely ignoring customers and making them wait. Very unfriendly. Pay more and hire competent staff who actually do their jobs!
Five Guys – Lewisville July 10 around 10:30pm I had a very serious issue at this location. I arrived to pick up a delivery order, and the employee told me, on video, “We don’t have that order here.” My delivery app did not show that the customer had canceled. What makes this worse is that the restaurant later reported that I “did not pick up the order,” I did everything correctly, and I have video footage proving the employee told me the order wasn’t there. Decided to splurge and get some overpriced burgers from here. Just extremely disappointed, with how expensive these burgers are they had better be at least decent. At least for me, it was definitely not worth it. They forgot 1 of 3 extras, the jalapeños, and the burger was super dry, no pink at all. Don’t spend your money here, it’s not worth the insane prices.
