I had a great experience at this location recently and everything is clean and the staff was amazing but what mostly led me to leave this review is one of their managers. I spoke to him about my lost purse and he took his time to stay on call with me for 20 minutes checked the cameras and talked to the team to look for it. I unfortunately did not find my purse but I will always be grateful to the care this person gave me.
Ordered online 15 minutes ahead so it would be ready. It wasn’t — I waited another 15 minutes in the store. The fries came out soft and mushy like they’d been sitting for a while. The table was wet when we sat down and there were no napkins anywhere to wipe it off. I also called on my way there to adjust a sandwich. They put me on hold, never picked back up, and when I called again the line was blocked. We were hungry so we ate it, but it was a bad experience and not what I expect from Five Guys prices.
