Fries soggy, strawberry shake with no strawberry flavor tastes like vanilla ,double bacon cheese burger burned bacon soggy bun very disappointing Never had my food come out like this before

Great burgers but it is relatively expensive.
Staff is always friendly. Clean and organized. Order is filled properly / Never had excessive wait time for food. Damn good burger! Love This Place!!!
