I usually enjoy the cheeseburgers here, but this time the patties didn’t taste fresh, which was disappointing. It was quite crowded, so that might explain the drop in quality. On the positive side, the service was friendly, and I received my order in a timely manner.
It's twice now that my family have gotten to this location at around 11:20 and they have NOT been open. Both times employees were clearly inside but ignoring me and others wanting in. The first time we ended up waiting till 11:45 for them to open the doors. On Saturday 4/5 it happened again and we decided to drive to the other Ann Arbor Location. Three young employees were playing fry-basketball (throwing fries into trash cans/ the fryer from far away) instead of making orders. Had to wait 5 minutes after my fries were done for the milkshake to be done, even though these guys did nothing the whole time I was waiting. Absolutely terrible. Please train these youngsters so I don’t get soggy fries while waiting for my milkshake!
