Didn't get what I ordered. Quality was not there. Update: I called and expressed my frustration and the manager Kinesha took great care of me. They made it right so they get 5 stars ‼️
The issue is not the food quality or the atmosphere. It's quite simply the pricing structure. At some point the cost is just too high for a burger, fries and soft drink. Cheeseburger $12.79, regular fries $6.29, regular drink $2.89. Plus tax it's nearly $24 for one person. Nope. Update, stopped in August of 2025 to see if prices had changed. They had... It's now even more expensive.

Pricy but delicious burgers.
We have always enjoyed Five Guys. This was different. We tried doing an online order and when we arrived, we actually waited longer than had we ordered - we actually watched folks get their order who arrived well after we had. When our food was finally ready (we ended up eating there since we had been waiting so long)- the burgers were cold and the staff were not friendly AT ALL. We have always had friendly service. Hopefully, this was a fluke.
