I liked the burgers and the fries were very good.
This location has gone downhill. This used to be my go-to Five Guys. I don't know if it was a change in management but the employee and who I assumed to be the manager just didn't care. They used the handwash sink when making my milkshake. Never going back.
Great food and generous portions at this burger place; their fries are especially delicious and perfectly cooked. However, the prices can feel a bit steep for a casual dining experience, and it can get pretty crowded during peak hours. Overall, it's a solid choice when you're craving a burger, just be prepared for a bit of a wait.
I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by Elias A, the manager at Five Guys in North Andover. Yesterday, we received an incorrect order in the night shift - which was understandably frustrating as we couldn’t make an exchange as the restaurant was already closed when we got home and realized our order was wrong.
