Ordered online, get to the store and they tell me they sold out of all the food and can’t make me my order, no refund could be given at the store. Uber Eats says order was completed so they won’t refund me and five guys says Uber Eats owes me the refund and won’t refund me at all, got scammed and will never be returning to a 5 guys anywhere , ever, again, congratulations on blowing it
Placed an online order and when my DoorDash driver arrived to pick it up at around 9:50 the driver said that they were closed. I tried calling them and they never pick up the phone. I have tried calling today actually calling as I type this and no one is answering the phone. They cancelled the order and have not issued a refund. I can’t believe how hard it is to contact someone from this store
I did an online order and never got my food. I head back to the restaurant ONE HOUR BEFORE CLOSING, and they told me they closed the store because they don’t have meat for patties. That’s weird!! Maybe they wanted to stop selling the BOGO offer!! And also, the worst customer service. I was never told who the manager was. Everyone was talking.
Extremely slow service!!
Never got my food, totally disorganized and don’t even have a way to cancel the order. Worst service ever
