Went to five guys on my lunch. Placed orders for my job. I am 8 mths pregnant. Staff messed up my burger and FF were cold. Asked for a fresh fry and burger. Manager on duty stated she would only replace burger. She was very rude and unwilling to resolve. Asked for store manager she refused to give name. Asked for her name she refused and left counter.
