Hospitality here used to be top notch. no longer can recommend
I love five guys so came here for dinner without a doubt - only to have my appetite ruined by the employee up front who took our order. Super rude, had an attitude. Completely unprofessional and won’t be coming here again. Food was also dry, and they put jalapeños in my burger when I ordered green peppers… those aren’t the same.
It was nice and clean. Friendly staff. Food was good.
I need to warn anyone from out of town or local about this five guys. They will try to cheat you out of everything, and it’s run terribly. The small and regular fry are the exact same size, and the managers WILL give you as little as possible. It is not like this at the other locations, and it’s frustrating as hell. Their one soda machine is chronically out of syrup, and if I’m paying 25$ for a burger and fries, give me the full portion.
