If you value your time as a delivery driver or your food as a paying customer, avoid this Five Guys location. I had one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a manager — Shymaa. I came in to pick up a large Grubhub order (thirteen items). I confirmed the entire order on my phone in front of the first employee, grabbed the drinks so they wouldn’t spill, and went to my car to secure them.
