Hard to decipher menu.
You’re giving people fries in a small baggie, hiding it in a bigger bag and calling it ‘large.’ Typical DMV scam. Five Guys everywhere else will fill that big bag up!
For at least the last two visits to this store, our prders were wrong. The order-taker did not key in our order correctly. The food we received was what he keyed in but not what we ordered (once we ordered a little hamburger, but the order taker keyed in the regular hamburger. Another time we ordeed mustard only but mustard and ketchup was keyed in). The staff do not read back the order otherwise we would have caught the mistake.
