The old guy at the fry station absolutely refuses to cook the fries. He literally has one job. When they come out white and not even warm on the inside, and still smell frozen, there is an issue. Multiple times in a row now this guy has done this. He acts like he has no idea what is going on when we ask for cooked fries.
I have celiac disease and they went above and beyond to ensure my lettuce wrap and fries were gluten free. Changed their gloves and gave me fresh fries that hadn't been touched by someone who touched bread!
