Rudest , slowest staff ever. They all just stare at you and look at each other rather than help you.
Good, fresh burgers, fries, and milk shakes 2025 edit: this lication is struggling, avoid. 2-3 people working shifts, struggling to take and correctly fill orders. 2026 update: 3 people working, 2 sitting at tables playing with phones. No line, but long wait times. Avoid Coffee shake flavor - tastes like vinegar.
The employees didn’t speak English, totally messed up our order and overcharged us. Skip this 5 guys and go to a different one
I went here for the first time in a few years because one of the students in my class got a job here. The food was delicious, the fries were plentiful, the buns were toasted amazingly.
Came in at about 630 on Memorial day. Placed an order for a burger, fries and a shake. The cashier seemed very confused when I asked for an extra patty on my burger as if it was a crazy request. Then I received a receipt longer than anything I've even gotten from CVS and went to sit down to wait for my food. After a few minutes my number was called and I was given my bag and the guy walked away to go back to prepping orders. No shake....
