I placed an order ok the app of a bacon cheeseburger and they forgot my bacon, they also made me wait for about 30 minutes when on the app it said it would take 15. I also asked about my order and they we are very rude and just yelled at me. It’s just crazy that you make me wait thirty minutes to get my order and still mess up.
Waiting more than 20 minutes for a web order and they have a bad attitude, very rude with the costumers when we ask for the order .
You can never go wrong with five guys
Yesterday, I placed my online order and it was set to be picked up at 6:45pm. I got there at 6:50pm and waited 25 minutes for my food. The workers ignored me initially when I walked in, asked my name after 5 minutes or so, and continued to ignore me. They didn’t start my order until 7:10pm. I asked for my money back and was told I would’ve had to get it back online, since my order was placed online.
