Pick one thing and do it right. Best burgers and fries in town Online order ready when we got there and the service was impeccable! Will be back!
Not sure if it’s the location or what but our visit was pitiful from start to finish. Our food was cold, they forgot our fries and everyone was shuffling around as if it was their first day. I had to ask for our milkshakes twice and one of those times, the guy making them said he was sorry but he forgot to make them. Those too were wrong - do better
Had to wait for 5+ mins at the billing counter with no one else ahead of me in queue. No one was there to take the order. Those at the kitchen didnt gesture or indicate anything either. Had to eventually wave someone over. Moreover, the milkshakes were filled only half cups. The bill had ‘Serviced by Christopher’ on it if I remember right. Unpleasant experience.
The employees are exceptional. Darnell was so kind and welcoming!! One very important suggestion: please fix your tip machine, so we can tip your employees with out having to use cash!!!
