Too expensive I only get fries anymore
It is wild to charge $1 for a small paper water cup when your cheeseburger is $12 and almost $6 for fries. I won’t be back. They keep raising prices because they are not “a fast food chain” and want to be a premium offering. I am sorry but you are a fast food chain. Extremely rude, lady caught an attitude with us,When ordering food the girl rolled her eyes multiple times and when we received our food , my order was wrong and I asked for it and she rolled her eyes again. After leaving the taller lady came outside and screamed at us to move the tables back. Being a manager at restaurant I’m genuinely appalled at this service. It’s your job to sweep and move tables and clean tables. We got our food of the table and left no trash. I want to speak to someone higher up , thank you
I actually lived in Winston Salem, NC when Five Guys came into existence when Wachovia Bank closed its home offices there and was consolidated with Wells Fargo I think it was down in Charlotte and 5 of the management, of whom some I actually knew personally, had created this franchises.
