Very frustrating experience with the Five Guys mobile app. I placed an order for pickup through the app and tried to pay using a Five Guys gift card that had a $49 balance. The transaction failed, and the gift card payment did not go through. I ended up having to pay for the order with my credit card instead. The bigger issue is that after the failed transaction, my gift card balance dropped from $49 to $0, even though it was never successfully used to pay for the order. They really should make sure the people on the Fry station have some hustle in them. One guy has been there over a month now, and he still aloof when working. Last night, he has a whole crowd of people, waiting for their food, and he decides to go to the back, and fill up buckets with fries. Had at least 5+ bags sitting there, waiting to be handed out, or sealed for delivery drivers. I think getting the customers on their way should always been priority over prepping for the next rush.

5 star all around Burgers and fries were really tasty and fresh. They fry in peanut oil, just a heads up for peanut allergy
