Purchased two hamburgers and fries. Burgers were very good but the fries were garbage. Tasted like specks of potatoes overly fried in what seemed like old oil. Dialed the contact number posted in the store and someone got back to me quickly and took down my info (that was nice), but in the end I still wasted $7 on lousy fries as there was no mention made of any type of reimbursement. Had someone reached out to me with, say, a "free fries" coupon, easily would have given four stars if not five
I never have a bad experience. They're quick, accurate and courteous.
