Stopped to order 1 cheeseburger, 1 little bacon cheeseburger and 1 regular fry on my way home from work today. A couple of customers, no line, not busy. I even paid cash. I get home 45 minutes later and we open up the food and the Cheeseburger has NO MEAT and NO CHEESE. Just bun and toppings. For $12.69 plus tax. How does that even happen? I just tried to call the restaurant and someone picked up the phone and then hung up. SMH.
I ordered a burger with grilled onion, when I got it the onion was raw. I took the sandwich to the guy who served it but he was very rude and mean and didn't even look at it. All what he said "it's grilled" and he looked the other way to help the next customer. That was very disappointing customer service and sandwich 👎👎👎
