My recent visit was great! The guy at the cash register had high-quality customer service and tried up-selling a milkshake and some other items to me, lol. He greeted me before I got to the counter to order. He asked me about the different items I wanted on my burger and made sure I walked away with what I wanted. So I came to 5 Guys based on all the rave about the grilled cheese burger on IG. I made sure I asked for it with cheese like some of the influencers said. I don’t know if the chef was having a bad day but the burger meat was flavorless, like literally the meat was extremely bland and dry. I was very disappointed with my experience. all the hype on IG got my hopes up only to be let down. No need to post pics because that would be deceptive.
The food tastes okay, but it's very greasy. The fries are not very crispy. However, the price is tolerable.
Lady taking my order seemed to have a bad attitude. Food was good customer service not so much.
