Very disappointing experience at this location. I tried to refill a large Five Guys cup I had purchased earlier that day at another Five Guys, and a staff member loudly and rudely told me, “You know you didn’t pay for that, right?” She then made me pour the drink out in front of everyone. If refills from another Five Guys location are not allowed, that could have been explained politely. Instead, I was treated like I was stealing and felt completely humiliated. Whoever that lady is behind the counter, guessing she is shift manager or something, she needs some training on customer service and how not to be rude to customers. Nothing but attitude. Stood outside the door for 5 mins with her just watching and not doing anything about it and if it weren’t for someone being in there and walking out, don’t know how long we would’ve been waiting (multiple people were waiting outside) We then walk in and she starts yelling at everyone that she’s not taking orders.
