Was more then I could eat
Incompetent workers and management. Extremely greasy food, so greasy in fact it ate through the bag to then land on the sidewalk. Eaten here a lot, and there has never been this much grease. I called to express what had happened and the girl over the phone just went quiet, unable to form any coherent explanation as to why it was so greasy. Will not be back to this horrible location. Waited over an hour for food that I had ordered through the website. When I walked in I said that I had a pickup order, the man behind the counter looked at a bag on the shelf then shook his head. Turns out after waiting for an hour, the reason he did was because the bag containing my food had the order sticker trashed, so no one knew it was mine!
I had a fantastic experience at the Five Guys in Elizabethtown, KY! The food was delicious as always, and the restaurant was impressively clean. A special shout-out to Kateland, who took my order-she was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable about the menu options.She even gave me the scoop on the upcoming summer shakes! Excellent service all around; I'll definitely be back soon.
