Came in to pick up my order which said it was ready, it hadn't even been started. Then had to wait 10 minutes. There was no other customers. Will go t9 the Kirkwood location from here on. This location always has terrible service.
Five Guys is always a great spot for a fresh, made-to-order burger. The patties are juicy, and I love being able to pile on all the toppings I want. The fries are always hot and crispy, and they give you plenty of them. The staff is friendly and fast, and the whole place has a relaxed, welcoming vibe.
My husband and I had a great experience at this location. There was a long line, but Demetrius got us through quickly. He was kind and attentive! Burgers were delicious and the place was very clean.
Burger was great but fries were amazing Crew was friendly and engaging
