I usually really like eating here but im pretty mad at the staff for seeing me approaching in the rain 35 min from close and locking the front door and ignoring me. I just got out of work and wanted dinner and i get that they wanna close and go home, but if the hours are clearly posted on the door that youre open till 9, the expectation is tha you continue to serve food until 9.
First impressions are super important, my first impression of tonight’s visit in store was how clean the place was. It was a pickup order that I used my 5Guys app to make. Fries weren’t as fresh/ hot as perhaps in store dining.
Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting...fries are always great...would have preferred 2 separate bags for 2 small fries
