Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting...fries are always great...would have preferred 2 separate bags for 2 small fries
Its been years since we have been here, we know why. 5 guys used to be a go to burger place, they lost what had. There was interaction with the customers, I would have preferred ordering at a kiosk. The food was extremely greasy, the bag with about 20 French fries in it was soaked. What fires were there was crumbs, not for that they are known for. The dining area was humid with grease and pretty dirty. The bathroom was extremely bad. We won't be back, maybe you need 6 guys one just to clean.
Called store to change some things on a doordash order. They went above and beyond to correct my ordering mistakes!!
I have been a loyal Five Guys customer since this location first opened, but I’m concerned about the recent decline in quality. I have always ordered the BLT, which used to be consistently delicious and packed with bacon. However, over my last four or five visits, the quality has dropped significantly—I am barely getting three slices of bacon, even when I ask for "extra."
