Good food, awful experience. I ordered my food online for pick-up, and was notified that it would be ready in 5-10 minutes. Perfect. Then I got an email confirming the order will be ready in 7 minutes. And I also get a text from 5 guys telling me to click a link when I'm on my way to notify them.
