I had to make this review. I'm a fudrutgers burger fan & when I had my 1st 5guys burger, I almost cried. Such a close 2nd choice. Now I'm a major fan of 5guys but not just for the food, the crew at this location is so awesome fron the times I went in person. The crews were always nice, considerate, fun to watch as they interact with each other but the service is just awesome. I never visit a food spot within an hour of closing because I always end up with not so great food. But not this location. I arrived at 10:47 for a pickup order. The food was just as fresh as if I got it at 3 in the afternoon. My fiance was very pleased. And she is picky. The team was so welcoming. They didn't rush me out. Helped me with a bag for a few peanuts to go. Asked me how the weather was outside. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
This team is BLOW AWAY when it comes to customer service and overall collaboration!!! You can tell they train their people right and care about the customer all throughout the buying journey! One day I stopped in for lunch after door dashing and ended up spilling a decent amount of my milkshake on myself 🤦♂️ not only did the manager NOT make a big deal about it but they made me a whole new milkshake!!!
