Tuesday was the first time we had a bad food experience. It was so bad I needed to write this. The ordering service was good with a friendly greeting. Then having to wait the traditional 10 minutes for the hot food, normal. The pickup at the counter, semi-friendly. The fries = the worst Five Guys fries we have ever had!! We wait for the fresh cooked fries and received luke warm mixed with very few fresh cooked fries and over salted.
