The food is good, when it’s made correctly. And hopefully it is made correctly or the whole staff will treat you like garbage. I ordered a burger and got onions I did not want. I went back up to the counter to get ignored. Once I got someone’s attention and let them know, they looked at me like I spoke a language they didn’t understand. At that point a so called manager came over and started picking onions off my burger on the counter where people pay. GROSS! This is now the THIRD time we’ve had the same issue with this location, and it’s completely unacceptable. We’ve shown up in person with about 45 minutes left before closing, only to be told the store is “already closed.” That is not how posted business hours work. If you advertise a closing time, you are expected to serve customers until that time — not shut down early out of convenience. It gets worse. We’ve also placed orders through Uber, and they were canceled with the excuse that the store was closed — again, well befor... read more
