Customer service was good, but prices are way to high 11 bucks for a burger when I could have went somewhere else payed 12 13 for a meal. And gotten more but I was trying something new, two meals cost 40 bucks for a restaurant that's not even that fancy/nice. Fries wasn't good at all. Huge shoutout to Thomas at the Merrimon Avenue Five Guys! After ordering through Uber Eats from the South Asheville location, our driver left behind half our order. We live two exits up from Merrimon, and after spending $61, Uber Eats only refunded us $16 — and that included the tip, which they took away. We tried calling the South Asheville store multiple times and got no answer. My husband works 7 days a week, 12-hour days with FEMA, and all he wanted was a Five Guys dinner. The burgers and fries are always amazing! Cameron who was providing me with my with my to-go order was polite and efficient and a great communicator. He communicated well with his team and other employees for a fast and efficient kitchen. Go Cameron and great food. Always love some Five Guys burgers 🍔 and fries🍟 !
