Burger was the worst I have had at this location. Way too much mayo. Bun was coming apart due to saturation. Burger was much thicker than normal and I’ve always enjoyed a smash type . Wanted to toss it but too expensive. Also, soda has too much carbonation. Needs more flavor. Cashier was great!
What a disappointment. I like Five Guys, but their Ashland branch is not good at all. There are way more employees than customers and everything feels off. In one word: Unwelcoming
I only ended up at Five Guys because it was next door to my hotel and I needed food fast. The last time I ate at Five Guys was probably five years ago, and about three bites into this meal my brain went, “Ohhhh. Right. This is why we stopped coming here.” The burger was fine. And by “fine,” I mean perfectly edible, completely forgettable, and priced like someone back there personally raised the cow. Then there are the free peanuts.
