I placed order online, the food was never delivered. I contacted the store and the manager on call tonight was extremely rude and hung up on me. When I called backed the lady refused to give me his name or put him back on the phone and then hung up on me again. Most unprofessional people I have ever talked to.
What’s not to like about Five Guys?! Greasy burger joint done well. I was immediately greeted by a happy, helpful young man, who took my order. The restaurant was clean and well lit with lots of light. The wait time for my bacon cheeseburger was not long and it was served up nice and hot. I’m not a huge fan of their fries, cause I find them too soggy for my taste. But, they do well added to the burger, which is what I did.
