I gave one star because it was required. If i could I would have given this place a - 8. The whole customer service experience at this restaurant was absolutely absurd. I ordered online hoping to minimize my wait and be in and out under 10 minutes or so. Unfortunately it was more waiting time than I had anticipated - which was over 30 minutes for a single order of a cheeseburger and a small order of french fries.
