I've eaten here several times while going by on the highway, but I don't think I'll be back. The hamburger was good, as you'd expect from a Five Guys, but service was abysmally slow in an empty restaurant. What was worse, the music system was extremely loud, to the point of being likely to damage hearing (I'm not exaggerating even slightly, it was actually painful), but the person behind the counter said they were not able to turn it down. I can't say the experience was bad. Ketchup was out, multiple people tried using the dispenser before the crew finally noticed. Again, my experience didn't Break Bad, but another team parent noticed some of the crew had a different METHod of doing things.
Food was good from what we got to eat of it!! If your hours say 11 to 10 you should probably stay open for those hours and not ask people who just spent $60 on their meals to leave at 5:30 because you wanna go home.
