The food here is not good! I’ve tried it a few times. Burgers are always mediocre at best and their fries aren’t even in a cup anymore, just a cheap small bag that has them smushed together, soggy and gross. You use to get a cup that was overflowing with fries, not at this location. Fries also had a weird fish taste/smell to them which I thought was weird because it is a burger joint so I looked it up and old oil will give off the smell and taste of fish. Five Guys Always has Great burgers and service!
I can’t stand coming to this location because the service is always bad. The people are always rude and come off like you’re bothering them for being there ordering food. Professionalism is not even a thought here. Then you pay $40 for two burgers? I will not come back here again.
Went here 3 years ago when they opened. First time they forgot bacon on the burger. I hadn't been back since because when I called the person said tough luck we cant help you since you already left the store. I went back for the first time since that and I cant believe how horrible the service was and how little you get for your money now. The fries aren't even served in cups anymore with extra in the bag. They give you the tiniest amount now and its not worth it. The fries were soggy too.
