Food was great, but the gentleman at the register wasn't friendly. In fact nobody looked happy at their job.

I had the worst experience at Five Guys in East Rutherford. I placed my order around 6:10 PM and didn’t receive my food until 7:30 PM, over an hour later. During that time, I kept asking for updates and was repeatedly told, “Just one moment.” Meanwhile, they continued taking more and more orders (in-person, Uber Eats, and DoorDash) while the people already waiting had been there for 30+ minutes.
