Let's get straight to business. I visited this location with my son Camden and promised him we would be getting five guys. If I am going to be honest I was distraught when I discovered it was a restaurant. We came with the impression that we were going to get FIVE GUYS. If anyone else has the same confusion this is a burger joint and a place to meet other men. Thumbs down I do not recommend this.
I think they need to give these kids more staff. 4 people on a Saturday night is kind of crazy. But they did an amazing job.
Wow this has got to be the worst experience I've ever had at a five guts burger place.if there letting new employees work there should attest be a experienced employees over seeing the process. The place was kind of dirty the service was very slow and for the price I don't expect to get wilted lettuce. Five guys please do better
Not a good representation of the Five Guys franchise at all. We ordered two burgers, a small fry, and two drinks for over $40—price wasn’t the issue. The issue was the quality: the cheese wasn’t melted, and when I picked up my burger, the bun fell apart into pieces. I asked for lettuce and got three tiny pieces of the white core. The burger was also supposed to have bacon, but it came with about a third of a slice. My daughter and I each took one bite, threw our burgers away, and ended up going to Chick-fil-A instead.
