SUCH good fries
Terrible experience trying to use the app and then the order was never placed by the AI assistant. The employees then decided to call support and make a big run around rather than make two malts.
Tried calling multiple times to speak to a manager: twenty minutes ago we had a hundred dollar order spill all over the driveway when an uber driver delivered it because this Five Guys packed a single paper bag full with over 6 greasy burgers to the point it was sopping wet. The whole order was ruined because they were too lazy to put that many double cheese burgers, unless, into more than one bag. Do they think tin foil is liquid proof?
