Overrated,
Very disappointed with my order. I asked for a plain hamburger just with ketchup. The lady at the register asked if I wanted cheese and I specifically say no thank you. I also ordered a milkshake and my total came to almost $17. I get home and open the packaging and the hamburger just looks very unappealing. There’s cheese which I requested not to have, and the burger is pretty much off the bun. I just feel like a little more effort could’ve been put in to the order and I’m simply unsatisfied.
It’s what you expect from Five Guys, great food and a friendly staff.
