Temp d'attente beaucoup trop lent
Everything was great, as it always is!
Hamburger not as good as a Sonic or Wendy's. Tables were not clean. Service subpar. Won't be returning.
Very disappointing experience at Five Guys in Burlington. I made a simple request, but the manager, Ronaldo Markos, made it unnecessarily difficult. His attitude was rude, and he appeared to mock me and laugh, making me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. A manager should treat customers with basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses this kind of behavior.
Seating is a bit crowded. Busy as usual.
