5 guys was clearly not ready for for the BOGO promo. My order said it was ready 38 minutes ago and I have been standing in front of the pickup window and still don’t have my order yet. The employees aren’t calling names out - with the chaos it seems they have given up (really I feel bad for them - they were very understaffed for this)
Ordered a bacon cheeseburger through the app. When i received the order i went back to my car and double checked the burger to see if everything looked alright. Then i saw it had no bacon, so i went back into the store and they gave me bacon on the side to put in the sandwich myself. When i got back home, i opened the burger again and i saw the it also didnt have grilled onions like i ordered, but it was too late to go back into the store since i was already home. I had to leave the store while ordering because the cook touched the meat with gloves he was cleaning with. With so many people across the country getting sick, this is exactly why. 🤢🤢🤢
