Five Guys it’s self isn’t the problem but it’s disappointing when you spend $40 dollars on hamburgers and the place doesn’t have the decency to give you a bowl. I order solo patties for my kids because the don’t eat buns or toppings and apparently “it cost extra” to have it in a bowl so I can split up their fries and give them something to eat out of… I guess we’ll have a to pick a Five Guys that actually cares about customer service.
This place is so cheap. They nickel and dime you on everything. You can’t even get a plate to contain the greasy mess of a solo patty (for a picky kid) without charging you $3 extra for it.
Great staff and great burgers! This a quick easy stop with plenty of parking. The restaurant was clean and employees were professional.
