Cold over seasoned fries the girl making the fries doesn’t care if you get cold fries she makes them way ahead of time and over seasoned the fries by a lot. The cook messed up the burger by overcooking it not happy at all with the food I got from the Hutchinson parkway location the Pelham parkway was better
Today May 10,2026 I stepped into this fast food place at 7:08pm I was told no more orders were being taken upon checking online the restaurant closes at 10pm, no explanation was given to us on why no orders were being taken, I stood in the parking lot and I saw a chubby tall dark skin man step in and his order was taken at the counter, that was very inappropriate i felt very offended and decided to make this review. Why close almost 3 hours early with out a sign or explaining why?
Great food, a bit of a longer wait only because the food is made to order. Beware though, the amount of fries you get a more that you'd expect!
Went here to grab a quick bite with my husband and son. My son is on the autism spectrum and usually picky with what he eats because of the texture of the food. My son began picking at my food and ended up eating my entire burger bun, so I asked my husband if she could ask the cashier if she could sell us a burger bun even if I paid for something else.
