Waited in line for 10 minutes before tapping the shoulder of the guy in front of me and saying how long have you been here? His answer 10 minutes which means he’d been there for 20 minutes. Absolutely pathetic customer service will never go there again.
Today is April 25 ,2026 and who ever is the manager running the shift right now at 10:00..Ms.Sir trifling …first shim not making her employees tell delivery drivers to confirm they picked up the order ….so your food will be stolen by the delivery driver …second I called to inform shim “manager” about it …why shim picks up the phone ,didn’t ask me to hold anything …All I hear is shim yelling at customers ,thanks for waiting I’m sorry …while I’m on hold so now I hang up call back 30 mins later ….phone still off the hook can’t ... read more
