Worst experience ever. Rude cashier. Told my mother they can't make the bacon crispy in a very abrupt way and continued with...."so what do you want." Forgot my bacon and wouldn't refund the extra cost. Very unprofessional and rude. Never coming back! Also extremely soggy buns! Never experienced that st 5guys before. Yukkk!
Burger and fries were good. My bun was soggy though. Missed one burger. The atmosphere was so dark. It seems like everyone hates their job there. Their face was dead and soul too. They weren't rude or anything. 6/17/25
