I end work at 9pm and would always rush here for my dinner. I always feel bad for coming in less than an hour before close. They always treat me with a smile and respect.

I came in yday to pick up an order during the 40th anniversary of five guys. As a part of the promo they did buy one get one free burger! I walked in and it was a mob. Orders on their system printing down to the floor and it probably didn’t help that Henrietta shut down their online ordering system - this location got ALL of Rochesters business.
