Out and about on a beautiful 4th of July. Decided to stop for Five Guys' deservedly famous delish burgers and fries. Although it was a holiday, the service was friendly and quick and the food was warm and tasty as always. Great outdoor area with sturdy umbrellas to keep you out of the sun!

We ordered online. The crew did not include the drink for the order—an $8 milkshake. I called to get a refund for the drink, and they said: you have to drive back (20 minutes away). Of course we said no, please just refund the drink. They directed me to an online support ticket as the only option, a nameless and faceless form that the Five Guys company uses for their locations across the world. I doubt we'll get the money back—pretty disappointing for a $80 order.
