If I could give zero stars I would, I did a pick up order for this location and my food was completely wrong! My bill was over 30 dollars just for everything to be wrong except the fries! I called this location and got put on hold, I am currently still on hold for going on 30+ minutes with no one coming back to the phone to see what I need! Customer service for January 19th 2026 is terrible!
Amazing Burgers
Apparently, the rocket science classes were all full over at kent state so the students decided to work here. Pray tell why is it alright to shove everything into ONE BAG?!?!?! Wanna know why costumers lose their minds and complain and piss and moan so much?
