I’m a regular customer at Five Guys and usually order quite often. But today I had a really bad experience at this location. When I went into the store, one of the male staff members was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked to use the restroom, but he refused to let me in because it was locked with a code. I explained that I’m a regular and just ordered food yesterday, but today I only needed to use the restroom. ordered a burger and fries and they forgot the burger. walked a mile back to my apartment before I noticed, so walked the mile back to the store for the burger and the guy at the register blamed the internet. they made the burger but wouldn't remake the fries from 35 minutes and 2 miles ago, so I got a hot late burger and cold on time fries from them.
