I don’t understand why so many 4 star reviews. Five guys is the best and this is a great location. Clean, organized and you can see the employees handle and make the food with care.
I want to start off by saying I love five guys. Genuinely a great burger, even if the prices are a little too much these days. However, this specific location 4/5 times puts cheese on my burger when I don't ask for it. I'm lactose intolerant. I can't eat cheese. I never order a cheeseburger. And by the time I realize they messed it up. I'm already at home since I don't like to dine in. Too much time, money and energy wasted. I don't think I can go to this location anymore.
Went here for a late night bite and it’s what I expected. I like going here.
Ordered a cheeseburger all the way and when I got home there was nothing but the burgers and cheese. No condiments no toppings. It was gross. This experience has turned me off from Five Guys. Definitely avoid this location.
