Payton at Five Guys in Bluffton is awesome. Recently Door Dash messed up our delivery order and the driver was not helpful at all. However, when I called the store I spoke with Payton who was very apologetic and promised to make things right on a future visit. Well he sure did! His customer service was excellent. The whole team there at the Bluffton store is great! Customer Service is so important, and even though the delivery error was NOT Five Guys error, Payton more than made it right. Placed my order 15 minutes before arriving, when i got there to pick up my order no one even acknowledged me, the workers went on talking amongst themselves. I ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes for my order which made me late going back to work. When a member of the team finally asked me what my name was turns out my order had already been ready. Customer service sucks here.
Great little cheeseburgers!! Great little french fries!! Great DoorDash delivery!! Great Packaging!!
