Mother’s Day order 3 burgers no bun instead lettuce. I made it all the way to my mom’s house only to find out all three orders had nothing but the patty with cheese in a bowl. I got back in my car and drove all the way back. No apologies given just remade and sent me on my way
We love Five Guys food but, after today, never again. Hadn’t been in about 8 months but went today and ordered my our usual: 2 cheeseburgers, 2 small fries, 2 medium drinks. But was shocked when my bill was over $50. Another customer told me they got rid of any combo pricing and that he was shocked by his bill too. Visited this Five Guys on April 28th, 2026 and was extremely happy with the experience. The fast food restaurant was clean inside and there was a lady ready to take my order as soon as I got to the counter. I ordered a Little Bacon Cheeseburger and a soda, which cost $16.96 total (I did not order a Fries or a side). The cost is pretty ridiculous for a fast food burger, but it was absolutely delicious and cooked fresh.
