I went to 5 guys to eat one evening and use the code for national burger day. When I asked the employees about the promotion no one seemed to know about it nor did they know how to obtain it. After asking multiple times and showing the employees the ad that 5 guys had posted I left. I was disheartened by the fact the employees didn’t even know about the promotions or how to get them. Customer service was poor and I left empty handed.
I got food for my grandma n the hospital it was awful they did replace but I had to go back wait 4ever nna bunch of kids acting like kids
Great burgers with lots of options. Staff was very friendly.
