Was enticed to come in for bogo. Had to download the app.. ordered the food and it was 32$ with tip after the discount. I waited 50 minutes for two burgers and one med fry. All they sell is burgers. So taking 50 minutes is way out of any expectation of a long ticket time. The fries were cold the holding area was a cold area. Not worth the money.
The service was ok. They seemed tired not happy but they wasn't rude or unkind in anyway. The food was ok. Fries was a little over cooked but not burnt. The taste wasn't all that. The burger was great. The atmosphere was very lay back and quiet. Little expensive. $53 could have been spent somewhere else with better tasting food.
Ketchup pump and was out. Coke only working in one of two Coke machines. No free peanuts were out. Burger was not as good as normal five guys. Workers were nice and bathroom was clean but food experience was 0/10. I love five guys but I will not return to this location.
